VAULTLABZAGI

Building Systems That Don't Just Answer.
They Act.

Most AI systems wait for an instruction, respond, then wait again. AGI research asks a bigger question: what happens when a system can reason across problems, use tools, retain context, plan several steps ahead and keep working toward a goal.
VaultLabz builds experimental AI systems, autonomous agents, memory architectures and tool-use frameworks around the emerging AGI stack — not another chatbot, not another wrapper around an API.

What Is AGI?

One system, many jobs.

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) refers to an AI system with broad cognitive capabilities across many kinds of tasks, instead of being restricted to one narrow function. There's no universally accepted definition or test for it yet — that uncertainty is exactly where the research begins.

  • Reasoning systems — Work through unfamiliar problems, not just retrieve known answers.
  • Autonomous agents — Plan, act and adapt with limited step-by-step instruction.
  • Memory architectures — Retain useful context across sessions and tasks.
  • Tool use & orchestration — Call APIs, code, browsers and other models as needed.

AGI Development

What We Build.

Autonomous AI Agents

Agents that combine a reasoning model with planning, memory, tool calling and evaluation loops to handle multi-step objectives, not single prompts.

Multi-Agent Systems

Complex goals split across specialist agents — research, analysis, execution, testing, review — coordinated by a planner.

AI Memory Systems

Short-term, long-term, episodic and semantic memory, backed by vector databases, knowledge graphs or your own data stores.

Reasoning & Planning

Goal, plan, action, observation, evaluation, revision — loops that turn a hard task into a controlled process.

Tool Use & Coding Agents

Agents that call APIs, run code, use browsers and read or modify a real codebase — testing and fixing their own work.

Model Orchestration

Routing each piece of work to the right model — a large reasoning model, a fast classifier, a vision or code model — instead of one model for everything.

How it works

Our AGI Development Process.

  1. 01

    Define the Objective

We establish what the system needs to accomplish, what environment it operates in, and what constraints apply.

  2. 02

    Map the Architecture

We determine the models, memory, tools, data flows, agent roles and infrastructure required.

  3. 03

    Build & Connect

We build the prototype and connect it to the tools, data and systems it needs to act on.

  4. 04

    Evaluate & Iterate

We test against measurable criteria, not demos, and keep refining as the system runs.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is AGI?

Artificial General Intelligence — an AI system built to handle a broad range of intellectual tasks rather than one narrow job. There's no single, universally accepted definition or test for it yet.

Is AGI available today?

AI has made real progress on reasoning, tool use, planning and multimodal tasks. Whether any current system counts as AGI depends on the definition and evaluation you use.

Can VaultLabz build autonomous AI agents?

Yes. We build agents that combine reasoning models with planning, memory, tool calling and evaluation loops, so they can carry out multi-step objectives on their own.

Does AGI require one giant model?

No. A system can combine several smaller models, tools, memory stores and agents, coordinated by an orchestration layer — often more practical than one enormous model.

Can this run on our own infrastructure?

Yes. We build on local workstations, private servers, your cloud account, or a hybrid setup, so sensitive data can stay local while heavier reasoning runs elsewhere.

How is an agentic system evaluated?

With measurable tests, not demos: reasoning, tool use, memory recall, planning and reliability are each checked against defined tasks before anything ships.
